Okay, so here is a three-piece series I worked on for several months. Natasha’s Story is not a story about teen pregnancy, but her decision and emotions of giving her baby up for adoption. I followed Natasha and her family through the pregnancy and emotionally photographed the final moments that the family spent with the new baby. A family from Wyoming adopted the baby boy and were present for the birth. Throughout the months, this story had its ups and downs, from a story-telling stand point, but in the end, we were lucky to have gained the trust of a wonderful family to accept us and to let us witness one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to photograph. Also, this story completely fell into place, as meeting Natasha happened while we were covering her high school as it burned to the ground last year. temat z krawędzi, wygląda że z happy endem w tym wypadku. W Polsce jest tyle dzieci, które zaraz po urodzeniu znalazłyby dom, gdyby nie szkodnik Giertych i becikowe jego pomysłu. Mam nadzieje ze znajdzie sie fotoreporter, który opracuje ten temat w Polskich realiach i udokumentuje jak to wygląda na naszym podwórku…
